SOULEKATZ HOUSE OF ARDA HOME OF THE ELF CAT
Arda was the name given by the Elves to their World and all it contained In the language of the Elder Days, 'Arda' signified the World and all that is in it. Arda was created through the Music of the Ainur to be a dwelling place for the Children of Ilúvatar (that is, Elves and Men). Elfs are the deliberate hybrid of the Sphynx and American Curl. The desired results being a hairless, slightly curled ear cat. Athletic in appearance, gentle but lively, out-going and very affectionate. Elfs are intelligent, friendly cats that are agile and have personality plus. They respond well to being handled as they are very interactive, social cats. The elf was developed by Kristen Leedom ( House of Quendi) and Patti Soule (House of Arda). The first Elf Cat was born at the House of Quendi and with determination and hard work, the Elf now lives on to be with Man. There may be those that find that this is a controversial breed, but with much perseverance and our ethical approach we feel that the “Elf Cat” will be accepted with TICA and CFA. We are looking to add others as fore founders to promote the “Elf Cat.” If you are seriously interested in working with us, please contact us for more information.

Quendi Ninde Seregon of Soulekatz
Welcome to the World of the Elf Cat Here you will find all the information about the development of this new and exciting hybrid breed of cat. I am Patti Soule of Soulekatz Cattery and live on the shores of Lake Michigan in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I am truly very excited about the forthcoming of the Elf Cat. I have been breeding cats for 4 years. I started out breeding Munchkins, Bambinos, and began breeding the Dwelf Cat. While working on the Dwelf breed, I took a real liking to the look of the Long-legged non-standard Dwelf. With the help of my partner, Kristen Leedom, of Quendi Elf Cats, our dream of developing the Elf Cat came true!! I cannot thank Kristen enough for all that she has done for me and keeping me posted while I took a break from breeding due to a family emergency. I am now ready, set, and able to continue on the journey of the Elf Cat. We currently have a total of 8 Elf Cats in our breeding program and we are soooo excited about it. Elf Cats are currently registered with TICA as an experimental new breed and with REFR.
